More details are emerging from the affairs of Rama's Israeli-American fraudster, Ron Yeffet. For several days, " Pamphlet " has published details from a lawsuit against him in the US, which shows that he has extorted a businessman of nearly 8 million euros, mentioning the name of Prime Minister Rama and Albania. But even though he is a fraudster, he has received millions of euros in tenders in Albania, being involved in the arms industry. But today we will go further, we are going to Ron Yeffet's wealth and his connections with dubious networks.
At the center of this chain is Fisher Island, one of the most expensive and gated areas in Florida. Public property records show that Ron Yeffet is listed as the owner of unit 19125 Fisher Island Drive, 19125B, a residential property in the “Seaside Condo” complex, purchased in 2015. From public real estate market descriptions, this unit turns out to be about 1,600 square feet, or approximately 149 square meters.
By ordinary standards it is a substantial apartment, but on Fisher Island, where ultra-luxury wealth dominates, it is seen as a relatively modest property, which makes the contrast with other connections emerging in the same area all the more interesting.
This is where the most sensitive part of the story begins. At another address on the same island, 7173 Fisher Island Drive, Ron Yeffet does not appear as the owner in his personal name, but as an authorized person in the company “Island Fisher Enterprises 18, LLC”. The official register of the state of Florida shows that this company was registered on September 14, 2020, has a main address of 7173 Fisher Island Drive and has Ron Yeffet as an authorized person. The official register also shows that the company had an amendment on October 19, 2020.

The family is also linked to the “Doyen” group, a network of companies with operations in Europe, the US and Turkey, which has been named in several investigations into questionable financial practices and opaque deals, including in the sports and investment sectors. These investigations describe a modus operandi that involves the use of intermediary companies and financial networks to move capital internationally.
In parallel, the most prominent figure in the family, Tevfik Arif, has been the subject of a number of international controversies. He has been mentioned as a former Soviet official and then as the founder of the Bayrock Group company, which has collaborated with Donald Trump's organization on major real estate projects in the US. These connections have attracted the attention of the media and investigators, especially in the context of investigations into Trump's finances and business dealings. Tevfik Arif was also arrested in 2010 in Turkey in a police operation for prostitution, where he was accused of involvement in organizing activities with models from Russia and Eastern Europe, including minors, however, the charges against him were later dropped by the court.
These episodes have affected the public profile of the family, which has reportedly made ongoing efforts to limit the publication of negative information, including requests for removal of articles from the internet through legal processes in various jurisdictions. Despite this, the Arif family name continues to appear in international investigations related to business networks, large investments, and relationships with powerful political and economic figures.
