Thousands of citizens joined the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office today, demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the removal of the government.
After speeches held in front of the Prime Minister's Office building, the protesters began marching through the main streets of Tirana, continuing a tradition that has now become routine for 15 consecutive days.
The march once again brought temporary traffic congestion to some of the capital's main thoroughfares, as participants moved in groups along the protest route.
During the march, there was no shortage of calls against the government and the country's main political figures. Protesters repeatedly chanted "Rama in prison, Berisha in prison," "Your end has come," and "Revolution," expressing their dissatisfaction with the political situation in the country.
Organizers have announced that the protests will continue in the coming days, insisting on the demand for the government's removal and holding political responsibilities.
