Protesters have been marching for more than two hours on the main streets of Tirana, as part of the 15th day of protests demanding the removal of Prime Minister Edi Rama and his government cabinet.
After the rally in front of the Prime Minister's Office, citizens began the march through the capital and still continue to move in groups along the designated route, crossing some of the most important axes of Tirana.
The march passed by Durrës Street, the "Asllan Rusi" Sports Palace and the Lapraka area, where protesters were seen in large numbers, holding banners and chanting against the government and the political class.
"Rama, resign", "Your end has come", "Rama in prison, Berisha in prison" and "Revolution" were some of the chants that dominated the protesters' march.
For more than two hours, the marchers continued to move through the streets of the capital, causing temporary traffic jams in the segments where the protest passes.
Citizens have declared that they will continue the protests until their demands are met, while organizers have warned that the rallies will continue in the coming days.
