The police arrested several call center administrators, seized computer equipment and telephones at several points in Tirana, but the action was stopped as if by "dashboard" and the criminal activity continues, defrauding and stealing millions of euros from European citizens.
Investigations revealed that the company "One Albania" was also put at the service of the call-center network, failing to hand over to justice the names and IP addresses used for illegal activity, but the police did not take criminal proceedings against its owners and managers.
Arrests during police operations, denunciations, testimonies, the dismantling of phones, and the tracing of the call-center network led the police to the pinnacle of this activity that has not been touched for 12 years.

The same connection and position of Olsi Rama with call centers in Albania has been confirmed before German justice by the arrested boss of the Maltese-Georgian-Israeli network "Milton Group", Israeli Mikhael Benjamin, known by the nickname "Mishka".
This fact was also discovered by Italian journalist Luigi Pelazza, with his investigation into the call-center activity in Tirana, where, in addition to threats, he found collaboration with police leaders, who notified them before carrying out the actions, because, according to the Italian journalist, the boss is Olsi Rama.
Olsi Rama's name as the head of the call-center activity came up again during the action that the state police carried out in April 2026, but the action was stopped when the traces, the testimonies of the arrested, and the collected evidence went to Olsi Rama and his close group.
