US President Donald Trump has threatened Oman after a cabinet meeting. Trump was asked about Iran's relationship with Oman and the agreement that the two countries reached to control the Strait of Hormuz. Speaking to reporters, he stated that he would not accept such an agreement as part of a peace agreement.
He went further by saying that the Strait will not be controlled by anyone as it is part of international waters and that no one can block it.
Speaking further about the Iran-Oman deal, Trump warned that Oman will have to behave like all other countries or else it will be blown up by the US.
"The Straits will be open to everyone... Nobody will control it. We will guard it. We will guard it. But nobody will control it. Oman will behave the same as everyone else. Otherwise we will have to blow them up, they understand that, they will be fine ," Trump declared.
