The Kosovo Football Federation has reacted after the news of the untimely passing of former Kosovo U21 footballer, Fatjon Bunjaku.
Through a message of condolence addressed to the Bunjaku family, FFK president Agim Ademi expressed his sorrow for the loss of the 22-year-old, whom he described as one of the outstanding talents of Kosovar football.
"Fatjoni was much more than a talented footballer. He was an educated, dedicated and ambitious boy, who with his work, character and love for football managed to gain the respect of all those who were lucky enough to know him," says Adem's message.
The head of the FFK praised Bunjak's contribution to the clubs where he played, as well as his appearances with the Kosovo U21 jersey, emphasizing that he proudly represented the colors of the country and remained an example of a dedicated athlete.
"Kosovo football lost a great talent, while family, friends and teammates lost a loved one, who left an indelible mark on their hearts," the reaction continues.
Finally, the Football Federation of Kosovo expressed its most sincere condolences to the Bunjaku family, sharing the pain with the footballer's relatives and friends in these difficult moments.
