After the rally in front of the Prime Minister's Office, the civic protest continued with a massive march through the streets of Tirana. Calls for the removal of Edi Rama, the end of the transition political class, and the construction of a "New Albania."
Thousands of citizens have occupied the streets of Tirana this evening on the 12th day of the civic protest, which has already become one of the largest and most unusual movements of the last 35 years.
After a rally in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where numerous speakers denounced corruption, immigration and the economic situation in the country, protesters began marching through the main streets of the capital, marking one of the highest participations since the beginning of the revolt. Like yesterday, today's march is expected to last until lunchtime.

Amidst red and black flags and anti-government banners, the crowd repeatedly chanted slogans such as: "Rama in prison!", "Berisha in prison!", "Your end has come!" and "New Albania!"
Calls that show that the protest is not directed only against the government, but against the entire political class that has dominated the country over the past decades.

Participants accuse the government of mismanagement, corruption, and the depopulation of the country, while a good number of them say they do not feel represented even by the traditional opposition.
This is precisely what made the protest different from the political rallies of recent years. In the square, not only calls against Edi Rama were heard, but also against historical figures of the transition, turning the movement into a broader revolt against the political establishment.

Organizers and protesters consider this mobilization a historic moment, emphasizing that for the first time, thousands of citizens are taking to the streets without party appeals and without traditional political structures.
The march is continuing in a peaceful atmosphere, while citizens have warned that the protests will continue in the coming days until their demands are met.
The message that dominated tonight remained unchanged: the departure of Edi Rama, the end of the old politics and the start of a new chapter for Albania. / Pamphlet
