Erikleo Çepa, IT expert, spoke to Euronews Albania regarding clicks on social networks during the campaign and which leaders of small parties led online.
" The most clicked were Arlind Qori and Agron Shehaj for the conversations they had with citizens. Then followed by Adreatik Lapaj. These three are ranked as the most clicked ," said the expert.
Asked if there was interactivity on the TikTok social network during the campaign, Çepa implied that the closure of Tik Tok was not taken seriously enough to prevent interactivity.
" We actually didn't see any big, bold letter saying Tik Tok has been shut down. We only saw news in the media, and a reaction that Tik Tok continues to be used."
"Those who were voted for the most by both parties, in terms of following on social networks, were almost not clicked on at all except by their friends ," said Erikleo Çepa.
