France continues to confirm its status as the main favorite to win the World Cup. The "Roosters" have dominated the tournament so far, winning matches and displaying a high level of play.

However, despite the team's excellent form and the fact that many consider this France team to be the strongest in recent years, Mbappe remains down to earth. He stressed that it does not matter who the opponent will be in the semi-finals and that the team must focus only on its own game.
" I don't care who the opponent is. If it's Belgium, then it's Belgium, and if it's Spain, then it's Spain. We'll see what happens. It's a semi-final and it's always going to be a tough match."
Of course I feel good with France. It's a team and a group that I love very much. I have many friends in this team, with whom I have played for years, but there are also young players who now see me as one of the most experienced players.
"I have to be an example for the team, especially emotionally. On the pitch it's about football, but experience in moments like these is very important. I've played more World Cup matches than most of my teammates and I know what it means to compete in this competition. It's my job to pass on that experience to them ."
Asked if this is the strongest France of all time, Mbappe gave a clear answer:
" No, it's not the strongest. I've been world champion and world runner-up. This team has not yet been either champion or runner-up. It's probably the team with the greatest potential, the one with which you can most easily plan the future and dream of success."
"We have a lot of quality, but the big teams are the ones that win trophies. At the moment I don't see any golden trophies near me. We have to win so we can be called the best team in history ," declared Mbappe.
