Diaspora brings upheaval to the DP list in Kukës, Isuf Çelaj takes Shkëlqim Shehu's mandate

The diaspora vote has changed the ranking on the DP's open list.

After counting 80% of the diaspora vote for the Kukës Region, democrat Isuf Çelaj temporarily regains his mandate as a deputy thanks to the diaspora votes.

This is a difference of 49 votes in total.
