Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço has stated that online attacks against 42 of the largest companies and major taxpayers in Albania have been going on for four years. According to him, behind these attacks are groups and cells infiltrated by small parties with extreme leftist tendencies, which aim to burden businesses and destroy tourism and the country's economy.
Karamuço has described this situation as bordering on cyber terrorism, where pure self-righteousness is being exercised against businesses. He announced that one of the largest companies in the country has already contacted Google, managing to delete all the false negative reviews.
"This war did not start today, it has been going on in Albania for 4 years, against some businessmen who are usually called oligarchs. They started it with strikes, protests and various calls to bring down these businesses. We have groups, cells infiltrated by some small parties that have extreme leftist tendencies, who want to burden businesses at all costs. Extreme leftist ideologies try to destroy tourism.
It is on the limits of cyber terrorism. I am aware that one of the largest companies in Albania has contacted Google and all negative reviews have been removed. There are 42 of the largest companies in Albania and one of the largest taxpayers. What do they want to achieve with this? To ruin the economy and tourism?! They have nothing to do with businesses. What are these self-righteous people doing?! ", said Karamuço.
