Preferential votes from the diaspora, who are the most voted in Kukës,

After several days of delays, the counting of preferential votes has begun in 4 regions of the country.

The votes for Kukës, Shkodra, Durrës and Tirana are being counted at the Olympic Park. It should be noted that the preferential vote is valid only for the competition within the parties. In Kukës and Shkodra, the PS does not receive any votes from the open list, while in the DP the most voted candidates are Bardh Spahia and Isuf Çelaj, who have secured the mandate.

In Tirana, we have an open race between Ilir Alimehmet and Jorida Tabaku of the DP, and between Blerina Gjylameti, Olta Xhaçka, Orlando Rakipti and Xhemal Qefalia of the SP.

Meanwhile, in Durrës, the race is open on the SP list. Etleva Budini has secured 4,047 votes, but is followed by Dorina Laçi with 3,164 votes.
