In January 2012, when the "Berisha-Meta" government began the procedure for the sale of "Albpetrol", Edi Rama and the SP parliamentary group called it theft and an economic crime against strategic national security assets, and rightly asked the court to annul the privatization process.
But after the SP came to power, Prime Minister Edi Rama began to break up "Albpetrol" and donated one of its production bases to a private foreign company, even outside the European Union.
According to the decision signed by Edi Rama, the Korean company "Yura Corporation", owned by citizen Dae Yeol Ohm, has been granted the "Baza e Tubave" enterprise with an area of 49 thousand 347 m² in Zhupan, Fier, part of the "Albpetrol" company, free of charge for 60 years and without taxes.
This state property was taken away from the company "Albpetrol" and donated to it by Decision No. 14/3, dated February 12, 2019, under the guise of "Strategic Investor" status, but using the "1 Euro" contract scheme.
This decision was signed by Edi Rama and formally as a group by former Deputy Prime Minister Erion Braçe, former ministers Anila Denaj, Belinda Balluku, Blendi Klosi, Bledi Çuçi and by former State Attorney, Artur Metani, currently Head of the High Council of Justice.
Prime Minister Edi Rama has granted permission to build a factory for the production of parts for vehicle electrical installation systems for foreign companies, with an investment value of 6.4 million Euros.
Despite being called a "Strategic Investment" and the facilities being given under a "1 Euro" contract for 60 years for free, the products of this Korean factory do not bring any benefit to the Albanian economy, and for 60 years it will not pay any taxes or even 1 cent of profit to the Albanian State treasury.
Documents revealing Edi Rama's prior bargain with Korean Dae Yeol Ohm:
Decision No. 14/3 of the Strategic Investment Committee was approved on February 12, 2019, while Decision No. 70 of the government on the conclusion of the contract between the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Korean company "Yura Corporation Albania" was approved on February 13, 2019.
By Decision No. 333, dated June 6, 2018, the enterprise called "Pipe Production Base" at "Albpetrol" has been declared a "Priority Economic Development Area".
Meanwhile, the Korean firm "Yura Corporation Albania", operating in the "Albpetrol" facilities, was registered at the National Business Center on May 27, 2018, that is, 10 days before it was declared a "Priority Economic Development Zone" and 20 months before the approval of the government's decisions, facts that prove that a preliminary bargain was made with the Korean citizen.
In addition to the 49,347 m² of state land and facilities, Prime Minister Edi Rama ordered that the following favors be granted to the Korean company "Yura Corporation Albania" with state funds:
The company "Albpetrol", Cadastre, Municipality, OSHEE and Water Supply-Fier, should clean up the environment of the factory's investment, mortgage the property and build the energy and water supply network and reconstruct the road.
Meanwhile, with Decision No. 20, dated January 28, 2025 of the National Territorial Council, signed by Edi Rama, the Korean company "Yura Corporation Albania" in Fier was granted a construction permit for an addition to the factory within Albpetrol, when the addition was built 5 years ago./ Pamphlet

Rama keto detyra ka, tua fus shqiptarve. Zaptuesi Rama e ka kuptuar se askush nga delet nuk mund ta pengoj..
Çfarë nuk shkon këtu? Rama po bën më të mirën duke i dhënë një infrastrukturë të panevojshme një zhvilluesi "të domosdoshëm". Rama duhet t'i japë edhe kredi pa interes për të zgjeruar biznesin e tij! Do ta bëj unë. Mos bëni deklarata të keqllogaritura, ju lutem.
