The tragedy of the burning building in the area near the Hospitals continues to cause other problems.
Edi Rama has been repeating like a parrot these days that they will not leave the residents alone, giving them a rent bonus and the construction of all the houses by the company. To cover up the big scandal, Rama brought Deputy Prime Minister Albana Koçiu and MP Ogerta Manastirliu to the area with the aim of calming the situation down a bit.
But all of this is nothing more than a propaganda ploy to quell the general public outrage caused by the tragedy.
Because in reality, the residents of the burned building, as well as the entire surrounding area, have been in a dire situation for a week. OSHE has cut off power to the entire area, leaving thousands of residents in the dark, without water, and stranded.
There is a chain reaction from the energy; pumps, household appliances, elevators, etc., do not work.
A resident of the area told 'Pamphlet' that the most irritating thing is the behavior of the officials of the Energy Distribution Operator, who respond with indifference and arrogance.
Even after repeated complaints, so far no one has come to connect the power, justifying themselves as being on vacation.
Meanwhile, the lack of energy brings a lack of water, the risk of epidemics, and a difficult situation especially for the sick, young children, and the elderly.
This drama of the residents of unit number 4 in the capital, shows nothing but the state to which the Albanian state has fallen. Where no administrative official performs his duties according to the law, but only when ordered from above. And when there is no order, then they go about their business, showing arrogance towards the citizens. This is because employees in the administration and public corporations are not appointed according to meritocracy and to carry out their duties. But they pursue private affairs in the service of the real bosses who appointed them. Who are the oligarchs, the crime businessmen who have turned Tirana and the tourist areas into construction sites to launder black money.
And where they use civil servants from the administration and state corporations as labor force, who are appointed according to the quotas that criminal groups submit to Edi Rama.
The Prime Minister himself has become a full-time apprentice of the oligarchs and criminal groups, who keep him in power for their own interests./ Pamphlet
