The Vlora Prosecutor's Office has landed at the Cadastre of this city, while files and procedures on a building under construction (building) have been seized, for which the legality of the construction permit and the procedures followed are being investigated.
It is learned that three Judicial Police officers were at the Vlora Cadastre this afternoon where they seized a series of documents.
This is the second case within a short period related to investigations into construction permits and urban development in the city of Vlora.
According to Report TV sources, the Prosecutor's Office is verifying the documents for granting the permit and the progress of its implementation, while the focus is also on several apartments in the building, for which complaints have been made that they have been sold multiple times.
Sources indicate that this investigation will extend beyond the builders and will also include representatives of the Cadastre, to verify whether there was any collaboration or direct interference in the contracts between the builder and the property appraisers.
For reasons of confidentiality and to preserve the integrity of the investigations, the names of the builders or officials involved in this phase are not being disclosed.
