The next day, while father and son were together at the family farm, Esmerald Balla hit his father, causing his death. He then threw the body into a well to hide the crime. Police investigations led to the discovery of the body and the confession of Esmerald Balla, who now faces charges of premeditated murder and concealment of the crime.
