All of the things that Dumani declared as SPAK's "achievements" are routine work of the Prosecutor's Office in every lost country in the world where there has been a Prosecutor since the very creation of states.

And you should bluntly tell Mr. Dumani that SPAK itself fled to the SP in 2028, that 9 years has been more than enough time to investigate and bring to trial every government official and former government official, that in 2028 almost all criminal offenses subject to SPAK are time-barred if SPAK remains "pregnant" for 8 months, as it did from February 10 to October 16, 2025.
