Here are the asset declarations of some of the SP MPs and mayors...
Recent years have proven to have been favorable for some of the Socialist Party officials, who in their asset declarations to the HIDAA present an increase in assets, mainly in real estate and new investments.
"Pamfleti" has been publishing the wealth data of officials for several days, and today we are focusing on the SP, referring to declarations to the HIDAA for 2024.
One of the cases is that of the mayor of Pogradec, Ilir Xhakolli, who has declared the acquisition of an apartment with an area of 139.32 m² and a garage of 52.9 m², in 50% co-ownership, with the source of income from the sale of assets, in values reaching hundreds of thousands of euros. In parallel, he appears to have sold an area of arable land and a plot of land with a building, as well as donated an apartment, reflecting numerous movements in his portfolio.
Even the SP MP and former mayor of Mat, Agron Malaj, has increased his wealth with a 131.16 m² apartment in full ownership, worth over 257 thousand euros, as well as a co-owned commercial unit, with a source of income from business.
Along the same lines, the declaration of the family of MP Bledi Çuçi results in the purchase of a 60 m² apartment, worth 200 thousand euros, justified with savings and other sources.
Meanwhile, the mayor of Durrës, Emiriana Sako, has benefited from a taxable share in an apartment through inheritance, while MP Ervin Hoxha declares the benefit of an apartment and a garage through donation.
At the local level, the mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdri, has declared the purchase of a vehicle worth over 10 thousand euros, financed with salary income.
The data shows a trend of increasing assets among socialist officials during 2024, mainly through purchases, inheritance or business income, while in some cases they are also accompanied by sales or transfers of existing assets. / Pamphlet
