Problematic behavior and files raise serious questions about the candidacy for head of the Republican Guard...
A senior state security official, noted for divisive statements and unacceptable behavior for a democratic state, is once again seeking the leadership of the Republican Guard. The words used, the published documents, and the constitutional standards make this candidacy incompatible with the role of an institution that should protect every citizen without distinction.
“I took off the last maloku.” These words are attributed to Simon Zereci, at the time when he led a special platoon in the Republican Guard. This sentence is not a slip of the tongue. It is a stance.
A state security official who uses divisive, offensive and discriminatory language towards an entire community does not represent the Republic. He represents the mentality of exclusion. The Republican Guard is not the property of a clan, region or ideology. It is a constitutional institution that protects the state and its citizens, regardless of origin, belief or lineage.
The term “malok” is not humor. It is contempt. It targets Albanian citizens because of their geographical origin. In a democratic state, this language automatically excludes you from leading the security forces.
The person who aspires to lead the Republican Guard must guarantee unity. He must respect every citizen as an equal part of the Republic. He must have moral and professional integrity. Such statements show the opposite.
Public documents and denunciations speak of a figure associated with serious problems. The media has reported on files of violence, disciplinary violations and suspicious connections. These facts require institutional verification, not recycling to high positions.
The Republican Guard protects constitutional institutions. It does not serve to settle scores over the past. It does not serve to impose hatred or division. It is not led by people who divide citizens into “ours” and “not ours.”
The Highlanders, like all other Albanians, are part of the Republic. They have shed blood for this state. They pay taxes. They vote. They serve in the army and the police. To exclude them with offensive language is to exclude the Constitution itself.
A state that tolerates racist language at the top of its security forces undermines its own foundations. A government that allows the return of such figures bears political and moral responsibility.
This is not a personal matter. It is a state matter. The Republican Guard should be led by a man who unites, not a man who divides./ Pamphlet
nje rracist ndaj shqiptareve, nje plehr i veshur me uniformen shtetit. Me Ed poturen ne krye eshte pjerdhur puna fare. Familja ime me shume partizane e deshmore brenda saj, ketij bandit do ia tregonte vendin mire po ce do qe ka 30 vjet qe shqiperine e qeverrisin tradhtaret.
Pse nuk shkruani kur garda ishte kthyer ne mocale dhe me makinat e gardes merrnit dashnoret dhe i benit xhiro per qytete me ekskorde. Dhe futeshit neper zyra konjak dhe wiski dhe kur dilnit me pantulle poshte. Ky nuk eshte si ju po te shkruaj dhe te tregoj se cfar beni juuu brenda rrethimit te gardes nje here e nje kohe. Ky zoteri qe ju doni ta perlyni me llumin tuaj se ju vet jeni llum ka dhen shpirtin dhe punon nate dite per garden dhe njerzit qe punon ai i jep meriten. pijanecat dhe ordineret nuk meritojne asgje prandaj ju e keni inat se ai nuk eshte si ju dhe ju nuk beheni dot si ai. Si puna e dhelpres dhe rrushit dhe kjo pun.
