A week ago, BKH agents landed at Pëllumb Salillari's company, in implementation of a SPAK decision, on suspicion of being involved in economic-financial crimes with tenders, construction permits, bribery, tax evasion, transfers and money laundering.
According to information, the BKH seized 18 phones and computers, as well as many files with documents from this company, based on three criminal reports filed against Pëllumb Salillari and after his name appeared in several wiretaps, as being involved in affairs and connections with crime figures.
The first scan of several documents and messages, in addition to involvement in corruption affairs with central and local government leaders, has also revealed the illegal purchase, use and distribution of highly explosive substances and materials.
BKH agents, quite by chance, have determined that Pëllumb Salillari has introduced 1.8 tons of explosives, 10,000 electro-detonator capsules and thousands of linear meters of detonating fuse into his company, without legal documents, and has reflected their consumption with false papers.
Any road, building or quarry construction company has the right to be supplied with explosives and materials for civil works, but only according to the provisions of the law on explosives.
Meanwhile, data was found on the company "Salillari Sh.pk" for 1.8 tons of explosives, 10 thousand electro-detonator capsules and detonating fuses obtained illegally, without documents for the source of their import or purchase, without examination and approval from the Ministry of Defense, the Police and the State Technical Inspectorate.
After these illegal explosive substances and materials belonging to the company "Salillari Sh.pk" were found only in letters and in several interceptions, BKH has begun investigations to verify whether they are physically found in warehouses, whether they have been used and in which works, or whether they have been given to unauthorized persons and entities, including persons connected to crime.
Pëllumb Salillari's explosives without legal documents were found in the files of the companies "Salillari" and "Bervi Construction", but the quantity used was not accompanied by storage cards and use orders from the administrator, storekeeper, technical manager and firefighter.
The scandal is further deepened by the fact that, in total, Pëllumb Salillari has 3.4 tons of explosives, electro-detonator capsules and fuses without the End User Certificate, which should be the company "Salillari Sh.pk", a certificate issued by the competent official security bodies.
What history Pëllumb Salillari has in illegally finding and using explosives and materials will be revealed by the investigations of the BKH and SPAK, but this is not the first case reported about these materials and even illegal weapons.
On April 26, 2022, after SHISH reported this mafia activity, Pëllumb Salillari added to the company's activities the production, storage, dismantling, repair, transportation, and national and international trade of weapons, ammunition, and military materials and goods.
In fact, the company "Bervi Construction" does not have a permit from the Police and the Ministry of Defense, but the preliminary finding made by BKH proves that it continues to import, that is, smuggle, these materials.
Regarding the explosive substances and materials that Pëllumb Salillari illegally imported, SPAK is also investigating indications that they were given to exponents and crime groups./ Pamphlet
