SPAK puts Berisha's assets and expenses under the scanner during his 35 years in politics...

For 30 years, Edi Rama and Sali Berisha have been holding the country hostage, and the movements of recent days are proving that SPAK (and perhaps those behind it) are working hard to cleanse the country of this corrupt caste once and for all.
As Rama's ground is crumbling under his feet with the affairs that are emerging daily, SPAK has decided to take another step towards Sali Berisha, who seems to have survived the "Partizani" file. The trial could last for years and Berisha will remain at the head of the DP until the end of his life. For this reason, SPAK has gone to what hurts Berisha the most, or many other people in power: Wealth. SPAK has launched an investigation into the former prime minister's wealth and the signals are that it is being scanned since 1992 until today.
A few days ago it was announced that SPAK has raised doubts about the privatization of the apartment in 1992, when Berisha was president. The indictment states that after he was elected President of the Republic in 1992 and remained in office until 1997, the Malltezi citizens began investing in real estate rights. More precisely, SPAK claims that after Sali Berisha was elected President of the Republic, his daughter, Argita Berisha (Malltezi), and her husband Jamarbër Malltezi, displayed “wealth-seeking intentions” by privatizing the apartment where the family lived.
Meanwhile, the last two days have gone to SPAK Belind Këlliçi and Indrit Hoxha, who were questioned about the Assembly that Berisha held in 2021, after which he took over Basha's party. Over 1 million euros were spent in that Assembly and SPAK is investigating who financed it.
But according to sources, SPAK will not stop there. The same file is expected to be joined by investigations that have begun into lobbying in the US.
A year ago, SPAK began verifications of the 6 million dollar lobbying contract of the DP. Berisha's party has signed a lobbying contract with "Continental" for 2 years, with a down payment of 750 thousand dollars. SPAK has received the lobbying contract from the DP and verifications are being carried out. It is also likely that the contracts with LaCivita on the management of the DP campaign in the May elections will also be verified. So it seems that SPAK has opened a new chapter for Berisha and the former prime minister has known about it for a long time, which is why he does not accept leaving politics. /Pamphlet
