A few days ago, the name of Shpresa Breçani, Sali Berisha's niece, emerged as the administrator of the luxury "Royal Hills" hotel in Vora, in partnership with Elisaveta Treska, linked to the "Berisha" family, whom Edi Rama appointed Director of the "Shefqet Ndroqi" University Hospital in Tirana.
Their business connection and the appointment of Elisaveta Treska as head of the Sanatorium constitute the next bargain and bribe that Edi Rama has made to the family of the DP leader, in order to have under control the public medical services sectors, where millions of euros of tenders circulate.
But it is striking that in every affair, crime or power relationship involving Sali Berisha's family, the name of his niece, Shpresa Breçani, appears, in the role of accounting expert, builder, hotel and land owner, as well as a manipulator of the balance sheets of mafia companies and concessions granted by her uncle when he was prime minister.
Here are some mafia companies where Shpresa Breçani's name has appeared:
- The partnership with the director of the Sanatorium at the “Royal Hill” hotel in Vora, Sali Berisha’s niece denied, stating that she was a court-appointed liquidation administrator. But according to the document being published by “Pamfleti”, the bankruptcy administrator is Elisaveta Treska.
- Shpresa Breçani’s name appeared as an expert in the balance sheets of the “Alba Demil” company of the factory in Gërdec, where Shkëlzen Berisha was the de facto main partner with Mihal Delijorgji.
- She appeared as an accounting expert in the phantom companies “Rudnap”, “Blancers Petroleum”, “Rompetrol” and “Petrol Slovenia–Tirana” of Damir Fazlliç and Argita Berisha, but also in the balance sheets of the Llogara Tunnel.
- She appeared in the balance sheets of the “Partizani” towers, built by Jamarbër Malltezi and Fatmir Bektashi, but also in 12 complexes with villas and palaces that have been built and are being built on the outskirts of Tirana.
- She appeared in the balance sheets of "ARMO", which Sali Berisha, when he was prime minister, sold "for 5 lek" to the trafficker and smuggler Rezart Taçi, at the same time a sponsor of the Liri Berisha foundation.
- She appeared as an expert in the bankruptcy balance sheets for the financial "black hole" of Rezart Taçi's "ALSAT" television and a mafia group involved in trafficking, fuel smuggling and money laundering.
- She appeared on the balance sheets of "Belle Air", a company that deceived and robbed 53 thousand citizens with plane tickets without taking the flights, a company linked in business to the "Berisha" family and former ministers of its government.
- She appeared as an accounting expert of a company with gambling, call-center and money laundering activities, created in Albania by one of the leaders of the Italian mafia group "Sacra Corona Unita", in partnership with the mafioso Artur Shehu, who robbed 600 hectares of land in Vlora during the government of Sali Berisha.
- She appeared as the owner of 16 thousand m² of land in Porto Romano, but also as a liquidation accountant in 73 other companies with money laundering activities in construction, energy, roads and imports, which were fictitiously led to bankruptcy through false balance sheets drawn up by Shpresa Breçani.
- Her name has appeared on 27 real estate properties and businesses registered in the name of her husband Feriz Breçani and son Endrit Breçani, as well as on a building permit granted by Prime Minister Edi Rama for an apartment complex in Lalëz, the documents of which will be published later. / Pamphlet
