The American media outlet 'CNBC' has dedicated an article to the recent protests in Albania. Taking the 'spark' that ignited these protests as a trigger, the American media outlet has reached out to the company that will build the project in Sazan for comment.
Kushner's investment firm, Affinity Partners, referred CNBC to a PR firm for comment. The agency said Sazan Real Estate Development LLC is the entity developing the project and that Affinity Partners has no involvement. It added that each U.S. partner was involved in his or her own capacity and is not related to Kushner.
“ Our goal is simple: to celebrate Albania’s natural beauty, create jobs, and build something that future generations can be proud of,” Asher Abehsera, chairman of Sazan Real Estate Development LLC, said in a statement.
The statement further stated that the continuation of this project remains in the hands of Albania and the Albanian people.
“Its future will ultimately be determined by Albania and the Albanian people ,” Abehsera said.
