Former SP MP, Denis Deliu, stated that during his mandate as a member of the Laws and National Security Committee, he has continuously requested that the National Bureau of Investigation open offices in problematic districts, where the police face difficulties in the fight against crime.
He said that the law on the BKH gives the institution the opportunity and obligation, in cooperation with SPAK, to create such structures in problematic districts.
" According to the National Bureau of Investigation law, SPAK and BKH have the obligation and the opportunity to open offices in problematic districts and I, as a member of the Laws and National Security Committee, have been asking for BKH offices to be opened in problematic districts for 4 years in a row, where the police have encountered difficulties ," Deliu said on the show 'Off the Record' on A2 CNN.
He emphasized that the response he received at the time from SPAK was that it was considering creating an arrest team like the American FBI, which uses it for speed and investigative secrecy.
