On the justice and order side, several high-profile cases, from Erion Veliaj, to SPAK files and investigations into serious crimes, show that the judicial system continues to be in the spotlight, but also under public pressure for speed and stronger results.
Meanwhile, criminal events and road accidents reflect an internal reality with problems of public safety and traffic behavior, where statistics do not show significant improvement.
On the international level, Albania appears active in its positions on Ukraine and Russia, maintaining a strong line with the West, while global developments, from Iran to migration in the English Channel, show an increasingly tense world, with frozen conflicts and recurring crises.
