Singer Kleviol Ahmetaj, known by the nickname "Cllevio", appeared this Thursday at noon at the premises of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime, where he was expected to testify in the trial against Laert Haxhiu regarding the episode of placing TNT in rapper Noizy's store in Durrës, but the hearing was postponed.
After the hearing was postponed, Cllevio stated that the postponement came because, according to him, the other witnesses were busy with work. He also said that he has a close friendship with Laert Haxhiu and admitted to the conflicts he has had with Noizy.
" The hearing was postponed because the other witnesses' side is busy with work. I will also postpone them whenever I am busy with work. Laert Haxhiu is a close friend of mine. I have had conflicts with Noizy. I am the injured party here, with fists ," Ahmetaj declared.
Commenting on the testimony of Noizy's father, Bashkim Rajku, Cllevio said that he is an exemplary man.
"His father comes here and says he doesn't know me. He's an exemplary father and we should take responsibility for what happened, not say he doesn't know me ," he added.
He further claimed that he was physically attacked and that he travels in armored vehicles out of fear of assassination attempts. According to him, the conflict with the rapper began through social media.
" They shot me. I walked around with blinders on for fear of Noizy, because he paid money to kill me. I had a conflict because I insulted him artistically and through social networks. I insulted him like people are insulted or like they are insulted in Parliament ," said Ahmetaj, adding that he had reported these concerns earlier.
Cllevio said he is open to reconciliation, indicating that he has also called on the Prime Minister to intervene.
"I have also called on the Prime Minister to reconcile with me, but he has not responded ," he said.
In the end, Ahmetaj demanded that Noizy appear in court and that the hearings not be postponed any further.
"I appeal to him to come to court here and not to postpone our sessions. To come and testify what he has to testify and let's each go to his own work. This session was postponed because the other witnesses are busy with work and I, he said, will postpone them every time we are busy with work. I have a close friend of Laert Haxhiu. I have had conflicts with Noizy. I am the injured party here, I was punched. His father comes here and says he doesn't know me. He is an exemplary father and we must take responsibility here. What happened, happened. He hit me, he hit me with the prison boys. They hit this one with TNT, I don't know what problems this one has?
