The next hearing against the former leader of the Lushnja gang, Laert Haxhiu, has been postponed to June 3 due to the absence of two lawyers.
Meanwhile, TikTok character Kleviol Ahmeti, known as "Cllevio", has requested to appear to testify at the GJKKO on June 10, arguing that he has personal commitments.
In this session, "Cllevio" and rapper Rigels Rajku, known as Noizy, were expected to testify regarding the episode of placing TNT in the latter's business.
They are among 60 witnesses called by the defense of Laert Haxhiu, who is being tried as the leader of a criminal group accused of 14 serious crimes, including murder, assassinations, TNT explosions and armed robbery.
According to the indictment, Laert Haxhiu is suspected of ordering the TNT that exploded in Noizy's business in Durrës. The incident occurred in June 2022, when about 100 grams of TNT exploded in the rapper's business, causing significant material damage to the clothing store and the bar located on the first and second floors of a building near the coast.
Investigations showed that the explosive material had been placed on the exterior wall of the business and was activated with a fuse.
SPAK, based also on the testimony of justice collaborator Artan Tafani, claims that the TNT was placed on the orders of Laert Haxhiu, as revenge for the rape of his friend, Kleviol Ahmeti, by people close to Noizy.
