A conflict that occurred on Sunday afternoon in the parking lot of the Blue Eye tourist area has ended with one person arrested and three others facing criminal charges.
According to the Saranda Police, the incident occurred around 12:00, after a dispute over payment for damage caused by the loss of the key to a bicycle rented for movement within the park.
Initial investigations show that citizen AH, 43 years old, resident of Kamëz, is suspected of having hit the administrator of the entity, AL, 27 years old, with hard objects, causing fractures. The injured person received medical assistance and is out of danger.
The police report that AH, 45 years old, the brother of the arrested person, and S. Ç., 20 years old, are also suspected of being involved in the conflict.
At the conclusion of the first procedural actions, the 43-year-old was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury" and "Disturbing public peace."
Meanwhile, his 45-year-old brother, citizen S. Ç., and the administrator of the entity, AL, have been criminally prosecuted at large for the criminal offenses of "Intentional minor injury" and "Disturbance of public peace".
Saranda Police continue investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of the conflict and to determine the responsibilities of each of the persons involved.
