Journalist Artan Hoxha has given details about where the wanted Albanians are hiding. According to him, they are in several countries, while emphasizing that the main countries are Russia and Dubai. According to Hoxha, they have found an operational base there to relocate their activities, unlike other countries.
"Yes, Albanians are in Russia and so far have you seen an Albanian extradited from the Russian Federation? None. Then the Federation will not extradite you. But they have not extradited many, many others, not Albanians anymore, no, no.
But there is one thing, they didn't go there in vain. In Russia, cocaine consumption has increased fivefold due to the war, and Albanians, being the majority wholesalers, have found an operational base there to relocate their activities.
The problem in Russia is something else, that Russia has its own very strong mafia that you have to be fair to.
The problem with the Russian Federation is that you have to be fair to local organizations and, secondly, you don't have to expose yourself to the services that they have that are very strong, the anti-narcotics services or the secret services that they have, because they use every asset as a tool for the power that is there, for Putin.
