The 35th anniversary of the Socialist Party is bringing increasingly unusual episodes.
While in recent days the Socialists have been embroiled in controversy after the decoration of Bardhyl Agas, the father of Ergys Agas, as well as former MP Jurgis Çyrbja, who was released from prison after investigations into links to criminal gangs, now comes another "novelty" from Korça.
A Socialist Party activist has chosen to celebrate the SP's anniversary by getting the names of Prime Minister Edi Rama and Socialist MP Romina Kuko tattooed on her arm.
The young woman is known as an active militant in the SP structures in Korça and this is not the first time she has tattooed the names of socialist politicians. Previously, she had also tattooed the name of former MP Eni Zake.
Meanwhile, the celebrations of the 35th anniversary of the Socialist Party have opened a strong political debate, especially after the ceremonies in Durrës, where the Socialists distributed decorations to figures that the opposition considers linked to exponents of the criminal world.
