During today (July 15) Albania will be under the influence of mainly stable weather conditions.
According to the Military Meteorological Service, the weather is initially forecast to be clear throughout the territory, while from noon to late afternoon in the hilly-mountainous reliefs there will be a gradual increase in average and occasionally dense cloudiness.
The most pronounced dense cloudiness will be in the mountainous reliefs in the east.
The Meteorological Department predicts that from noon to afternoon in the mountainous reliefs in the east and the Alpine area there will be occasional and light rainfall. Also in the high mountainous reliefs of the territory, in an isolated and very short-term period, precipitation will be in the form of thunderstorms.
The wind will blow from the northeast to the northwest at an average speed of 8 m/s, while along the coastline and valley areas the wind will gain speed of 10-17 m/s.
The sea is expected to have a 2-3 wave front.
