The situation in Theth became tense in the evening hours, as residents of a wooden house opposed its demolition, demanding a written decision.
The "Now" show on Euronews Albania discussed the action in Theth, while members of one of the families stated that there was no official announcement regarding the demolition of the buildings.
There have been heated debates between residents and police representatives as they have their own claims that they have been expressing for days.
It is learned that the owners have approached the buildings to prevent their demolition, while the police are also deployed. On the other hand, a group from IKMT is also present to carry out the action.
Beyond the fact that police forces have been increased, journalist Teodor Gjerga provided another detail from Thethi that during the debates, one of the inn owners became emotionally distressed after creating a tense situation.
He emphasizes that the risk is also increased for the police forces who are intervening in the facility, due to the darkness.
During the exchange of arguments, one of the residents addresses a police officer: "Who is doing the most damage? Show me the logic. You're going in and demolishing them. What more can you do?"
The police officer responds in this way: "What you are doing now is causing harm. I am a benefactor like you," he said.
