The Conference of Speakers has decided that each MP will have the right to speak for 10 minutes on this issue.
The only one who has no time limit is Edi Rama as the country's prime minister. Then Sali Berisha or Gazment Bardhi from the opposition have the right to speak for the same number of minutes as the prime minister.
The discussions are expected to last until midnight, which will lead to the session being adjourned and resuming on Friday.
At the end of the marathon of discussions, the Assembly will vote to approve the new government with the prime minister and 16 ministers, by voting on the decrees of President Bajram Begaj.
If the vote is held early Friday, the cabinet's swearing-in ceremony before the president will also take place that day. Otherwise, it will be postponed to Saturday. Immediately after the swearing-in, Rama is expected to call the first meeting of the new government, as has happened in previous mandates.
