MP Mesila Doda has reacted after the recent debates on her positioning in the Assembly, clarifying that she is part of the opposition and a representative of the PDIU, even though she is not registered in any of the recently created parliamentary groups.
She emphasizes that she has been and remains in coordination with the leaders of the DP parliamentary group for every opposition action and stance, underlining that her absence from a particular group does not exclude her from the opposition line.

Since I'm seeing a storm in a teacup raised by all sorts of minds, I'm forced to make this clarification.
In the parliamentary elections, I registered as a PDIU MP, in the Alliance for a Greater Albania coalition.
In the new configuration of parliamentary groups, I learned that three groups have been created and, unable to create a parliamentary group of the PDIU, I have not registered in the current groups, but I am part of the opposition while maintaining the identity of the political force I represent.
If there had been a joint opposition group, I would definitely have been part of this group.
I have been and am in coordination with the chairman of the DP group for every action and political stance of the opposition.
To the ill-wishers whose hearts "weep" for the opposition today, I can tell you that the opposition does not have one less MP and that the opposition's political positions are completely coordinated.
Not being part of a parliamentary group does not exclude you from the opposition.
