After the rally in front of the Prime Minister's Office, participants in the 45th protest marched through some of the main axes of the capital, declaring that they will not stop until the Prime Minister leaves.
The 45th protest against the government ended with a march on the streets of Tirana, where thousands of citizens continued to call for the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and political change.
After speeches in front of the Prime Minister's Office, the protesters set off on foot along some of the capital's main thoroughfares. The march also passed along Elbasan Street, where participants carried national flags and banners, while chanting "Rama, resign" and "Revolution."
The protesters declared that they have no intention of retreating from their cause and that they will continue to take to the streets until their main demand for the prime minister's removal is met.
According to them, the protests that have been taking place for 45 days have increased the belief that change is possible and have encouraged more and more citizens to join the rallies.
