Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted again regarding the protests, which have entered their 31st day, where thousands of citizens are demanding the resignation of the Head of Government.
Despite this, in a recent reaction on social media, Rama writes that from this entire vortex, as he considers the protests, the governing majority will emerge with a renewed will to be much closer to the people.
Rama speaks about the abuse being done to citizens during the protest, and even warns that the black image that he abused will fail and crumble into pieces.
" Citizens have the right to protest regardless of who directs, manipulates, uses, and abuses their concerns. The boulevard's dangerous socio-political waste and the flowing water of citizen protest demanding to be heard are two completely different things."
That water that springs from the worries, concerns, and real-life problems of every protester or sympathizer of the protest must be turned and we will turn it into energy for Albania 2030 in the European Union, sharing with them our reflection on this protest, once we have carefully and humbly read the entire message of their sincere anger.
Meanwhile, the slanderous chorus that has brought together a whole bunch of angry Albanian losers, various characters who pretend to have no sense and vent their anger and resentment for which no one is to blame but themselves, must be seen and shown without any hesitation exactly as it is:
The darkest example of political alternatives in these 35 years. But the greatest good of this protest, which will make even the malicious enemies of Albania who are behind the tsunami of digital mud regret, is that in the end, from this whole whirlpool, the governing majority will emerge with a renewed will to be much closer to the people.
And the protesters will win together with Albania, while the black image that misused them will fail and crumble into pieces ...", writes Rama.
This is not the first time that the Prime Minister has reacted to the protests that began on May 31 and continue without stopping every afternoon in Tirana. The protests are supported by the Diaspora, which is expected to land in the Albanian capital on July 4, while in recent days dozens of rallies have been organized in European cities where Albanians live and work, against Edi Rama and the political class that, according to the protesters, has held the country's development hostage for 35 years.
The protests have caught the Prime Minister off guard, who appeared confused in the first few days, but then declared that he has no intention of handing over the "wheel" of the Government as he has a contract with over 800,000 Albanians who voted for him in the May 11, 2025 elections. Rama has accused Albania's hostile countries of being behind the protests, although so far he has not presented any facts or evidence to prove such a claim.
The protests have found echoes in international media, and in many cases the protests have even been broadcast "live" by the most prestigious world media.
