Democratic leader Sali Berisha was asked on Tuesday evening if he would resign from the post of DP leader after the defeat in the May 11 elections.
Present on the show 'Log.' on News24, Berisha said that he did not lose the elections, as on May 11 there was an electoral farce.
In this context, Berisha seems to have put an end to the dilemmas of whether or not he will step down from the position of DP leader.
"We are faced with the undeniable fact, according to a number of fundamental documents, that Albania carried out an electoral farce. There were no elections, there was an electoral farce, as warned. In 4 international resolutions it was stated that Albania had an electoral farce. The European External Action Service, in the middle of the electoral campaign, said that there is no fair electoral process in Albania. There were serious violations, including state funds, vote buying, not forgetting the media close to the government. A terror against opposition leaders, the capture of justice and others", said Berisha.
