After Rama's order, the Socialists react with direction/ Gjonaj and

The vote counting process concluded today and reactions have erupted, both from those who lost and those who won.

The fiercest competition was within the SP, where many names fought for 1 vote and there were even suspicions of manipulation, as some candidates requested data from the CEC.

But an ultimatum from Rama not to prolong this work has caused everyone to react in a dramatic way. Many names have expressed their gratitude on social networks, but they have taken care to mention one thing: that it was not an individual competition, but for the victory of the SP. A little while ago, Olta Xaçka reacted, who took the mandate from Gjylameti for very few votes. Etilda Gjonaj, who lost in these elections, also reacted.

" I don't want to hide that this was a difficult race because in the end it was a race between colleagues and friends, where mandates were often divided by a few votes. It was a race with a lot of emotions and a lot of fatigue, a lot of expectations and, why not, disappointment."

But, I think that precisely in these moments, we should not forget that before it was a race for our personal mandates, May 11 was a race to achieve victory for the Socialist Party, to gain the trust of citizens for the Socialist Party and Edi Rama's project for Albania in Europe.

We won this race together, working as a team, each friend, colleague striving to achieve a great victory for the Socialist Party and the Albania 2030 project.

Therefore, we are all winners and today is the time to move forward, together as a team, with more responsibility, more dedication and more love for our Albania ," Xhaçka writes.

" I feel honored and humbly express my gratitude to all those citizens of the Tirana District, unit 7 and the diaspora who voted for me and trusted me to be their representative in the Albanian Parliament. Despite the fact that I did not manage to successfully pass this "battle" on a personal level this time, I thank all those who have congratulated me on the result and encouraged me to continue. Personal victories or losses pale in comparison to a great victory, of the only political force of the Socialist Party, to advance the only project, that of European Albania.

I would like to thank by name all those team members who believed and fought hard alongside me without hesitation for a moment, who were maximally committed and involved for months, for days and nights in a row, until the last moment, to achieve this victory for the Socialist Party. We have shared many moments during this period and I have received the most beautiful emotions and feelings of "fighting" together, of conducting an electoral campaign with citizenship, integrity and ethics. Thank you and I am happy to have worked with you ", says Gjonaj.
