An explosion with explosives was recorded yesterday evening in the "Partizani" neighborhood in Vlora at around 23:38.
According to police, the explosive material exploded at the outer gate of the apartment owned by 63-year-old Bakie Zoto.
The explosion only caused material damage, while the police are working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident and identify and capture the perpetrators.

These same specialists referred materials to the Prosecutor's Office after, on 29.11.2025, at around 23:38, on "Ali Demi" street, "Partizani" neighborhood, at the outer gate of the apartment of citizen BZ, 63 years old, a quantity of explosive material exploded, which caused only material damage. Under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, work continues to identify, apprehend the perpetrators and fully document the incident.
"The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
