One of the most emotional moments of the 39th protest against Prime Minister Edi Rama was recorded when a student from the "Kiço Blushi" school took the floor.
Among the hundreds of protesters gathered in front of the Prime Minister's Office, he chose to begin his speech by remembering Martin Can, the young man who tragically lost his life, and asked those present to observe a minute of silence in his honor.
"I am a student of the 'Kiço Blushi' school and I want to speak for my peers. I want to speak for Martin Cani who passed away, I want us to hold a minute of silence for him. Thank you...", he said.
After the minute of silence, the student spoke about education and the difficulties that, according to him, many children in Albania face.
"My school was the best I've ever had. I feel sorry for those children who can't get an education. Edi Rama resigns! Resign as soon as possible!", he declared.
The minor's speech was met with applause from the protesters present, who also joined his calls at the end of the speech.
