The 55-year-old, father of 3 children, according to investigators, was in an intimate relationship with a 26-year-old woman who had been engaged three times.
Fier police have concluded that 26-year-old Emanilda Rama had an accomplice, Çlirim Dogan, in the murder of her father.
From the investigations, it is suspected that this citizen collaborated with Emanilda Rama in the murder of her father by strangulation with wire, as well as by using hard objects and cutting tools.
According to information, Çlirim Dogani met Emalinda Rama, 26, in the Roskovec area. According to the same information, Emalinda's sister is married in the village of Suk in Roskovec and the 26-year-old would occasionally visit her house. Çlirim Dogani worked as a driver for the urban line in the area, and it is suspected that the two met there. It is thought that they may have formed a love relationship.
After the crime, the police immediately arrested the murderous daughter, Emalinda Rama, as the perpetrator, and her mother, Valbona Rama, as an accomplice in the crime who helped stage the event as an accident.
