Anesti Rama was barbarically murdered with a wire by his daughter, Emanilda Rama.
The victim's grandson, Neritan Trifoni from the village of Frashër, revealed shocking details in a statement to Top Channel.
He said he had noticed injuries to his uncle's private parts on his dead body. He also said that the deceased, 56 years old, had blood on the back of his head.
"As soon as I saw him, I noticed the blow to the forehead. There was a lot of blood behind his head. That means he had been killed behind his head as well. From what we had heard, he had also been injured from below... I noticed and... there were two cuts. I don't know if it was from the autopsy or from violence. But it was cut," he said.
Fier police have also arrested Valbona Rama, the mother of Emanilda Rama, who was arrested the day before for the macabre murder of her father.
As security measures are expected to be implemented for the mother and daughter accused of murdering the head of the family, Anesti Rama, data and sources from family relatives indicate that the 56-year-old was raped and mistreated in the family.
For years, a worker on a livestock farm in the area, Anesti Rama had often gone to work with marks on his face that he said were caused by incidents, but he never told the truth.
Sources from the Fier police confirm the fact that the victim was mistreated by his wife and daughter, while a known fact for the Rama family's neighbors in Frashër was that he lived separately from his wife and daughter, although in the same yard.
For years, the 56-year-old man, who was tragically killed two years ago, lived in the room that served as a kitchen, separate from the apartment where Valbona and Emanilda Rama lived. The latter are accused of having killed the 56-year-old by strangling him with a wire and then staging the incident as an accident.
