The GJKKO is hearing the testimony of justice collaborator Erion Alibej, who, together with Nuredin Dumani, is accused of dozens of crimes, assassinations, motivated by revenge against other groups, or even for paying off various criminal organizations.
Alibej has testified that he started this path only to avenge the blood of his brother killed in 2018 in the "Bradashesh Massacre" in Elbasan, his uncle and Turkish friend. He and Duman were connected by common interests as they both had an enemy, Talo Çela, besides Duman's brother was suspected of being involved in the murder of Endrit Alibej and two others.
He said that he had taken Dumani to Elbasan due to the serious condition the latter was in in the Spille area. For this purpose, Alibej claims that he had bought an apartment in Elbasan and had sheltered Nuredin Dumani.
"I never met Klevis Alla. At that time, Nuredin was unsure whether Klevis had spoken about him or not.
"I decided to take Nuredin to Elbasan, because I was worried about him, lest something happen to him in Spille where there were no conditions. I bought a house in Elbasan, since I could no longer find a rental, and I took it in the name of Sander Baho. We received information that Talon was sheltering Abedin Mama. We were doing surveillance and Nuredin told me that he had hired the 'Fushë-Krujë boys', only with the names Besi and Veri. They had gone to a poultry farm to look for Talon," he declared.
Erion Alibej also recounted how he learned that Rigers (Regis) Runaj, killed in the summer of 2020 as part of a chain of revenge, was spying on his family's movements all the time. The proximity of their apartments in Elbasan enabled this activity.
"At the end of April, a guy named Endri Karaj contacted me, who told me he wanted to talk to me on behalf of Xhuljan Hoxha. I told him that I was not in Albania, although I was at home in Elbasan. Later, I communicated with Xhuljan Hoxha, who sent me photos and told me that Rigers Runaj was giving him all the information. He told me that Runaj was near my house. I didn't prolong the conversation too much and told him that when I returned to Albania I would meet him physically," said Alibej.
