Erjon Alibej, one of the justice collaborators, in what is known as the 'Golden Bullet' process that is taking place at the GJKKO, has revealed other details about contract killings, financing, criminal connections and the functioning of criminal networks.
During today's hearing, Alibej spoke about his role in the murder of Dorjan Shkoza, the Haxhia brothers, and the efforts to find Talo Çela.
Alibej admitted that he had paid 100 thousand euros for the murder of Dorjan Shkoza, while the weapons were purchased in Tirana at prices ranging from 500 to 3,500 euros.
Alibey said that he had met Nuredin Dumani after the murder of the Haxhia brothers, but that he was in constant contact with him. He also discussed with Dumani about Talo Çela, asking if he would "come alive" after the murder of Shkoza.
Alibej discovered that Dumani had connections with the “Fushë-Krujë kids,” but he did not know their names. One of Dumani’s associates was Klevis Alla, who had seen Talo Çela at the Haxhia brothers’ house.
On the encrypted Sky ECC platform, Alibej communicated with Plarent Dervish, who used the codes "Barcelona" and "Ghost".
In one of the messages, Dervishi writes to Alibej: "Are you happy that you found Talo Çela?", a detail that surprised him, who then remembered that Dervishi had strong ties to Festim Qoli.
To gain Dumani's trust, Alibej had given him a stolen Toyota vehicle (bought in Shijak) and weapons, delivered to the Rrogozhina bazaar. Then, Dumani asked for 50 thousand euros, but Alibej sent him 150 thousand to show that he had funds and to strengthen his trust.
Alibej confessed that for the murder of the Haxhia brothers, he had given Duman 2 Kalashnikovs and 1 pistol. The initial plan was to kill Altin Ndoc and Besmir Haxhina, but Viktor also turned out to be an unplanned victim.
After the murder, Alibey heard about it on the news and asked Dumani why there were traces of blood on the car. Dumani replied: “We shot with the windows closed and ‘Kusho’ was injured in the leg.” Later, a man named “Nipi” accompanied the police, and Dumani said that he was talking a lot, being informed by neighbors, including a friend of his named “Miri Pojes.”
Alibey revealed new details about the accidental killing of Viktor Haxhias, the use of fake uniforms and secret communications with Nuredin Dumani after the killings. He admitted that the killing of Viktor Haxhias was a mistake. Altin Ndoci, who left shortly before the attack, had also been in that car.
"They didn't know it was Viktor in the car. They thought it was Altin Ndoci," Alibej said.
He also discussed with Nuredin Dumani the possibility of killing Ndoc during the funeral of the Haxhia brothers, but this plan failed because Ndoc did not show up at the ceremony.
One of today's revelations was the use of fake OFL and police uniforms. Alibej revealed that he had a friend in Kukës, Bujar Germizin, who supplied him with counterfeit clothing.
“I said to Nuredin: ‘Do you need uniforms like the OFL?’ He agreed, and Bujari gave me some vests and shoes with the word ‘OFL’ written on them. They were made in Kosovo, but I got them in Kukës and gave them to Nuredin,” Alibej confessed.
Alibey discovered that after the murder of the Haxhia brothers, Talo Çela had stayed at their house, information he received after Klevis Alla began naming names.
Meanwhile, Nuredin Dumani hid in Spille with his mother-in-law, as he suspected that he was being talked about in the media. The police visited his apartment, but he had already fled.
“I talked to him constantly on Sky ECC,” Alibej said.
