The repentant justice official, Erion Alibej, continues his testimony in the context of the "Golden Bullet" case.
In the courtroom, Alibej testified that he paid 100,000 euros for the murder of Dorian Shkoza, who was considered a close associate of Talo Çela.
The weapons were provided by a person, whom Alibej refers to as “Hoxha.” With the other justice defector, Nuredin Dumani, Alibej says that he was in constant contact regarding Talo Çela, whom he says they were waiting to see if “he would come back alive” after Shkoza’s execution.
"I paid 100 thousand euros for Dorjan Shkoza, several weapons were purchased from the "hoxha", the prices ranged from 500-1000 to 3500 euros. I don't know exactly whether Sandër Baho had contacts with the "hoxha". I met Nuredin Dumani after the murder of the Haxhia brothers. But I was in constant contact with Nuredin, I only knew Henrik Hoxha and I heard that he had the nickname "Kusho" and "Nipi" which he addressed to Klevis Alla.
I was talking to Nuredin about Talo Çela, who would be alive or not after the murder of Dorjan Shkoza. I was also continuing the investigation into Altin Ndoci, who often went to Durrës to see the Haxhia brothers.
Klevis Alla had seen Talon one day at the Haxhia brothers' house, but Nuredin took him with reservations. Nuredin was engaged in being prepared with the "Fushë-Krujë kids", but I didn't know their names.

I did this so that Nuredin could see that I had money and had confidence," said Alibej.
