The Democratic Party will convene its National Council on July 15, in a meeting that is expected to be one of the important steps for the new organization of the party's leadership structures.
The meeting will take place at 6:00 PM and its focus will be the selection of the leadership team that will support the DP leader in the political and organizational direction of the party.
Members of the National Council will vote for some of the key positions in the Democrats' hierarchy, including the Secretary General of the DP, the party's vice presidents, the political secretariat and the Appeals Commission.
This process is expected to determine the new functional structure of the party, determining the persons who will be responsible for organizing branches, coordinating political action, public communication, and managing the internal affairs of the DP.
The position of Secretary General is considered one of the most important roles, as it is directly related to the functioning of the party administration, the coordination of field structures, and the implementation of leadership decisions.
Meanwhile, the vice-chairmen and the party secretariat are expected to take responsibility for various political and organizational areas, being part of the team that will accompany the chairman in leading the opposition.
Another item on the agenda is the election of the DP Appeals Commission, a structure that handles internal party issues and complaints that may arise in its functioning.
The meeting comes at a time when the DP is in the process of consolidating its structures, with the aim of strengthening its internal organization and determining the team that will lead future political activity.
Attention is now focused on the names that will be proposed for these positions and the new balances within the leadership structures of the Democratic Party.

Honorable ladies and gentlemen, members of the National Council!
First, I would like to thank you once again for your support and express my gratitude, respect, and absolute dedication to our joint work, which I wish will be as successful as possible.
Secondly, I inform you that on Wednesday, July 15, at 6:00 PM, a meeting of the National Council of the Democratic Party will be held, with the following agenda:
1- Choosing the team that will assist the Chairman in leading the Party; specifically:
a-) Secretary General;
b-) Vice-Presidents of the DP;
c-) Secretariat of the DP;
d-) Appeals Committee of the DP.
2- Others.
