In fact, the UNM sanctioned as the real basis of the rule of law in Albania, at least as a supervisor, has no precedent in any member or candidate country of the European Union. France has the justice of Napoleon, Italy the system of the Republican Constitution of 1948, Greece the system of post-colonels, no country has brought the button room closer to Brussels, as Albania has done. Not even Zoran Zaev's Macedonia, which came to power thanks to an epic battle of the Europeans with Moscow where it is said that there was another major actor behind it.
Today, all of this is considered, perhaps with reason, as a failure, as an operation that did not bring us the justice we hoped for, but this is not exactly our justice. It has a European stamp.

However, it seems that it was a European project to test whether or not Albanians are pro-EU, even when the latter could stir up trouble in the country, jeopardizing the political and social equilibriums created over the years.
