PPP, concessions, ministers and directors falling one by one, while the architect of the system remains intact...
If you calmly look at the panorama of arrests and investigations for corruption in Albania, a constant emerges that can no longer be hidden with propaganda, irony, or reform rhetoric: in every major affair, in every voluminous file, in every scheme that ends in handcuffs, the same source of power appears: Edi Rama.
Not as a defendant. Not as an investigator. Not even as a witness. But as a political author of schemes, as the man who built the architecture of power where corruption is not an accident, but a method.
Somewhere they are PPPs awarded directly by Rama himself to his people. Somewhere they are tenders announced as “development”, but given as political concessions. Somewhere they are contracts that go to ordinary customers, to businesses that serve the government, or to gangs that guarantee territory, votes and peace. The schemes differ in form, but not in source. The source is the same.
Today, SPAK arrests ministers, former ministers, mayors, general secretaries, agency directors. All "Rama's people". All appointed, promoted and protected by him. All linked to decisions that were not made in the dark, but in government meetings, in press conferences and in election campaigns.
And yet, Rama appears every time as surprised. As betrayed. As a victim of people who "were not what he thought". A prime minister who has been governing for more than a decade, but who behaves as if people have come from the street, and 'have eaten pears behind his back'
In reality, these people are not simply individual corrupt officials. They are hostages of a mafia-like power, where their connection to the prime minister is a guarantee of protection until the system collapses on them. They are part of a structure where corruption is centralized, while accountability is fragmented.
The PPPs that are being investigated today were not invented by any director or minister. They were designed, approved and politically defended by Edi Rama. The concessions that today look like criminal schemes were sold as public policy by the Prime Minister's office. The tenders that today turn out to be manipulated were not built by civil servants, but by a system that only functions with approval from above.
Therefore, the traces always lead to Rama. Not because he received the envelope. But because he set the table. Not because he signed contracts. But because without him, no contract exists.
SPAK today faces a simple and unpleasant dilemma: either it will continue to 'grab the right ear with the left hand', punishing the perpetrators and sparing the political perpetrator, or it will admit that corruption in Albania is not a series of individual deviations, but a power project.
Because it is no coincidence that when all fall, only one remains standing. There is no "bad luck" when all are arrested, and the first of them speaks of the success of justice. There is no real justice when the prison is filled with subordinates, while the boss remains untouched.
In this country, Rama's people are making the prison. Rama is making the narrative. And justice, if it stops here, is only doing half the job./ Pamphlet

E ka zakon profesional Rama të mos rrijë si burrat në këmbë dhe të tregojë gjoksin ndaj erës dhe stuhisë. Con gratë(ministret para). Ka të drejtë. Si i gjatë që është po të rrijë në këmbë, ka frikë se e godet rrufeja. Edhe në protestën e 21 01.2011 ulte kokën mos të dukej ku ishte dhe jepte e merte me shënja duarsh me shokët. Rrufeve të Zeusit i shpëtove z.Rama por rrufeve të SPAK-ut nuk i shpëton dot. Lutjet e popullit i janë drejtuar Zotit dhe SHBA. 'Kasta' e pranoi rolin e moderatorëve, SHBA dhe BE . 'Kasta'e pranoi se do i bindej verdiktit të 'pushtetit gjyqësor'. E quajtën kollaj, menduan se do ti fusnin të gjithë në thes. U kapën si Xhirafa në Afrikë.
Z. Zefi jeni më vizionari jo vetëm i medies. Jo i vetmi, por punta del diamante i saji.
Ky Rama jone ose eshte leshko dhe ja hedhin te gjithe ata qe ka rrotull ose eshte ky krye hajduti, ska mundesira te tjera.
Zherzh! Naturlich që pas çdo ndodhie në jetën politike,publike,ekonomike,artistike,sportive, ushtarake etj ne Shqipëri qendron udhëheqësi i dashur i Partisë dhe i popullit tonë shoku Edi këmbë palari. Por ky shoku Kambalja,po e kruan bithën me fik deti,siç i thonë andej nga Vunoi... Një ditë,do t'i hijë një gjëmb në bithë dhe pasandaja ec e ti dalë.
Rama mbivleresoi dhe vazhdon te mbivleresoje veten si "innovator i mafies", si njeriu qe do t'ua hidhte shqiptareve, drejtesise, nderkombetareve dhe gjithe botes si askush tjeter. Arsen Lupeni e ndertoi strukturen mafioze... ne zyren e tij, ku pas fluturave jane skemat e tij. Askush tjeter nuk guxoi deri ne kete pike. Ai "perzjeu" shume mire punen me vjedhjen, suksesin me mashtrimin, nevojen e qytetareve me qellimet e tij dytesore. Tashme lojes po i vjen fundi.
