Anyone who remembers the Kakomë case will see a close analogy with the Zvërnec case, although, of course, there are many points and issues that differ in both cases.
However, the result is similar: in both cases, it is about large international investments, which arouse a strange hurricane of opposition, where the tangent coincides with Greece.
In Kakome, in 2004, a powerful European tourism company, the French Club Med, became interested in building a luxury resort on Kakome Bay, an area where most of the beach was state land.
Fatos Nano's government conducted preliminary negotiations and reached an agreement on the land acquisition procedures, at least in principle.
As an Albanian partner, the French colossus selected one of the important business operators in Albania, one of the most well-known Albanian businessmen, who had operated in tourism, trade, construction and the insurance market.
He managed to secure the necessary capital to be a trusted partner of the international company. But it wasn't long before the hurricane of controversy began, where in addition to the residents of the area, the PBHRNJ, OMONIA and of course official Athens also entered the game.
They were joined at that time by Sali Berisha's Democratic Party.
This caused the Albanian government to withdraw, severely damaging the local operator's partnership with Club Med, to the brink of financial collapse.
Even at that time, there was talk of Greek minority properties in Kakome.
Look at the situation today: Kakomë Bay, one of the pearls of Albanian nature with great potential, was not developed for either the residents or the global operators.
Meanwhile, today Athens has issued a minority card in Zvërnec, where an investment even more powerful than the one in Kakome is also approaching.
The strategy is quite diabolical: even if the existence of a minority cannot be proven, the impression of a claim is created. And this is supported by not very serious circles, the media or nationalist organizations, which make the noise anyway.
In case of discussion, the issue is raised to become part of the table.
So, two birds are killed with one stone: an important potential competitor for northern Greece is hit, such as an investment colossus linked to Jared Kushner and Qatari capital, and on the other hand, the geography of the minority is expanded, pushing it further north.
There is no Greek minority in Nartë and Zvërnec, but there have always been claims by Greece for the Orthodox of Nartë, who have spoken Greek as a result of the language of the church.
The church has a significant influence both in the Zvërnec Monastery and in the local community. An international investment would turn that area into an economically developed potential, where economic and financial independence would make it less dependent on the magnetic power of Athens or the Orthodox Church.
Athens probably considers Vlora even more important than Himara, precisely because of the Narta area, where it has always had an important political objective and influence.
Anastasios Yanullatos, the former head of the Orthodox Church, has been very careful to bring together as many clergymen from that area as possible, to create a connection, even if it is fictitious. Such as Anastasios, the number two of today's Orthodox Church, who comes from a Muslim family and was baptized with the name of the former archbishop.
The matter is serious.
But on the other hand, official Tirana has never had the courage to deny or protest this Greek claim, which has been made more than once: whether through the language of the media, the language of certain circles, or even through the behavior of the Greek clergy of the Albanian Orthodox Church.
Here we are today. As a result of this silence, or more precisely, of leaving space for Athens at our table, the Greek appetite has been constantly increasing. While we are left with 'finger in mouth' every time a mine that has been prepared for a long time explodes.

Nuk ka minoritare grek ne Himare, apo Zvernec! Juve mund të thoni ka minoritet grek në Tiranë! Jo nuk ka! Minoritet ka vetem pergjate kufirit. Edhe aty ne një pjese të saj, sepse në kufi është Lazarati, por nuk ka minoritare.
Futja kot ky problemi me minoritarë po dhe konkurenca që ka frikë greku si në kakome ashtu dhe zvernec.
Ceshtja e Kakomese me Zvernecin ndryshon. Ju lutem mos e tjetersoni problemin me ceshtje minoritaresh.. Pyetja eshte shume e thjeshte: Kush jane investitoret ne Zvernec? Kushner dhe Katari thoni ju.. Une ne Katar, qe eshte gadishull dhe ka nhe vije bregdetare te konsiderueshme, kam jetuar si emigrante. Dhe ne kete vije bregdetare i vetmi investim i luksit te emireve ishte vetem 30 m2 bregdet qe quhej "Katara beach". Frekuentimi kushtonte 50 €. Une si emigrante nuk mund te shijoja luksin e shteteve te fuqishme ose oligarkeve te petroliferes, jeshtu qe me duhej te gjeja nje zone publike. Dhe ne te gjithe bregdetin e Katarit,ku jo Jared Kushner, por Halliburton i Texas eshte investuesi me i madh ne industrine e gazit, rrugeve dhe gjithe zhvillimit ekonomik te Katarit nga 1971, nuk gjeje as edhe nje cope gur te ngulje cadren qe duhej te ishte personale, sepse edhe cadra plazhi nuk vendosnin, vetem per te ruajtur pastertine e bregdetit??! Vetem 30 m2 plazh privat me pagese... A e keni bere ndonjehere kete pyetje??! JO!. A e keni pare katastrofen ambientale te vijes bregdetare shqiptare qe eshte sa 1/2 e Katarit? JO Texas dhe Katari nuk ndryshojne shume per nga kushtet klimaterike, te me kuptoni pothuajse jane njelloj. Vetem mentaliteti kolonialist dhe inferior ndryshon. Nuk eshte Kushner, eshte xhaxhi Beni kuzhinieri qe gatuan breket e republikaneve...
Ja fusni kot !!! E para shteti nuk ka pronë, se ska kush tha pjellë....e dyta turizëm me me gjema, kemi vetëm burgjet dhe kufiri shtetëror....kaq.
Pak Histori. Greqia që nga viti 1912 kur fuqitë e mëdha vendosën të krijonin shtetin e shqiptarëve, kishte e ka pretendime teritoriale që shtrihen maksimalja nga Lumi Shkumbin e poshtë të jetë pjesë e Greqisë. E këto pretendime janë të dokumentuara nga kërkesat e shumta të qeverive Greke drejtuar fuqive të mëdha të kohës, Britanisë e SHBA dhe jo vetëm me kërkesa politike e dipllomatike por dhe me aksione ushtarake ku meqë po flasim për Vlorën Greqia Sazanin dhe një pjesë të Vlorës e futi në kufitë e vete shtetërore por u detyruar ti heqë nga kushtetuta e saj se fuqitë e mëdha e kërcënuan. Lexoni botimet që po bëjnë të financuar nga Greqia të ashuquajturit minoritar grek (deri dje ishin Enverist) janë në shqip të butuara në Shqipëri me rregullat e drejtëshkrimit prefekt të ekspozuar në dyqanet e librarive e te dhuruar nga autorët me shumë bujari. E quajnë Jugun e Shqipërisë "atdheu i tyre i robëruar" dhe të drejtë që greqia ta marë jugun e Shqipërisë nga lumi shkumbin e poshtë. Në dispozicion të tyre janë vënë të gjitha arkivat e këtij shteti e ato dokumentacionin e interpretojnë si ja ka qefi.
Me qe ra fjala ca u be me investimet ne Kakome? Po e gezojne me Shqiptarët detin apo ka takse per te hapur traun? Po me Palasën a eshte lire hyrja ne det? Sa e sa investime shkatërruan ate natyrore përrallore? Dhe ju pyesni pse Shqiptarët protestojne për natyrë dhe pronate e tyre? Me mire vone se kurre! Nuk mund te kete zhvillim ne shkelje te ligjit! Mos harroni se çdo vendim u morr ne errësirë, asnje dokument nuk është zbardhur. Te gjithë oligarkët bëjnë oferta te pakerkuara, dhe shteti privat i Edi Rames i shtron tapetin e kuq, i ve çmim nje pasurie te paçmuar! Per qytetarët Shqiptarë te njëjtat institucione nuk denjojne te kthejnë asnje pergjigje, se nuk jane aty per te zgjidhur hallet e qytetarëve po per te mbushur xhepin! Ne vend te zgjidhin halle krijojnë konflikte gjygjesore dhe sociale! Ne fund demin e paguan shteti. Deri me sot asnje nuk i ka kërkuar llogari ketyre punonjësve te administratës, dhe kryesherbetorit ! E kane kollaj te bejne ligje, te tjetërsojne pronat e popullit, po si nuk kane fal nje centimetër toke nga e tyra apo nje pesë leksh? I bëjnë Shqiptarët per budallenj se jane patriota dhe i thonë te manipuluar nga Greku! Shume thjesht cili investitor serioz investiton ne prona me probleme? Cili investitor serioz rrëmben dhe përvetëson prona? Ca ka përfituar Shqipëria nga investimet strategjike deri tani, çfarë kanë investuar këta investitorë strategjikë përveç për vete? A janë shtuar te ardhurat ne buxhet vendor, qe te perkthehen ne investime per zonën? Jane rritur vëndet e punes per Shqipëtaret apo punëtorët e importuar? Qëndrojn e këto para ne vend apo largohen? Përveç shezllonit 150 euro dhe detit me tra , ku jane arritjet? Pra mjaft u loze pasurine kombëtare dhe ate private si ta këtë pronë e babes!
Po ne kohen e Enver Hoxhes a guxonin kto hijena te ngrenin koken . Ai qe duhet te japė pergjegjesi per tradheti komëtare ësht satrapi dhe tradhetari me i madh i te gjitha kohrave Salih Berisha. Qe nga ramja e Kominizmit ky satrap u lidh me qarqet Serbo-Greke dhe e shkaterrroj shtetin Shqipëtarë kuptohet me ndihmen e tyre. Prandaj Shteti shqipetarë duhet te jet i vendosur dhe te mos keshoj pe para trysnive te qarqeve antishqiptare.
