The institution that should protect the integrity of prosecutors chooses not to react, confirming the deep moral crisis of the new justice system...
They told us they were overthrowing the old justice system. They told us they were uprooting the roots of corruption. They told us they were building a new era, where the man of law would have dignity, fear of shame, and responsibility for the signature he casts.
They asked us for patience, trust, and silence. They took billions, they took power, they took moral control over the public debate. And today, after all this reformist liturgy, Albania sees ahead not a cleansed system, but a disgusting edifice.
"We started plucking eyebrows and gouging out eyes." This is no longer a figure. This is the balance.
The old system had brutal corruption, cronyism, and familiar faces. The new system promised standards, filters, ethics, and dignity. In their place, it produced a caste that often seems weaker than its predecessors. Not purer. Weaker. Smaller. More banal. More stripped of the weight of office. More incapable of understanding what public office represents. More inclined to treat the institution as a haven for lust, anger, frustration, and small-mindedness.
This is the real scandal. Not just the individual act. Not just the name that is circulating today. But the fact that the structure that was supposed to be built on morality, on self-control and on public responsibility, was filled with people who can't even carry their own weight, let alone the law.
This is the tragedy of the reform. It did not produce institutional nobility. It produced bureaucrats with collars and a huge void inside. It produced people who talk about integrity with seminary vocabulary and behave with banal corridor standards. It produced figures who do not impose respect on you, but incite doubt. They do not give you security, but increase anxiety. They do not make you trust the state, but remind you that the state in Albania continues to be a suit that anyone can wear.
And at the top of all this misery lies silence. The silence of the KLP. The silence of the institution that should be the first to react, the first to separate, the first to clean up. But no. The KLP is silent. The KLP meditates. The KLP is probably waiting for the storm to pass, for the public to tire, for the shame to be relativized and for the scandal to be archived as another noise. In Albania, institutions do not react when the truth breaks out. They react when their comfort is disturbed.
And this is the real end of the reform. Not in documents. Not in conferences. Not in reports written for embassies. Its end appears in this refusal to protect the institution itself from moral pollution. When the highest institution of accusation does not find the strength to say a word, it is not defending the procedure. It is defending decay.
For years, critical media has been ridiculed, attacked, and called an obstacle to reform, simply because it has raised questions. Because it has doubted. Because it has refused to worship a mechanism just because it came packaged with a Western stamp and beautiful words.
Today it turns out that criticism wasn't poison. It was a diagnosis. They told us they were building a new justice system. In fact, they were building a new decor for old vices, with weaker faces and an even lower human standard.
We are not facing a deviation. We are facing the overthrow of a myth. The myth that changing the structure is enough to produce character. You cannot produce character with forms. You cannot produce dignity with commissions. You cannot produce morality with high salaries and new offices. When the human material is weak, the institution only magnifies the shame.
Albanian justice today is not only suffering from corruption. It is suffering from a lack of level. From a lack of shame. From a lack of awareness of the function. From the lack of that manly and civic minimum that prevents a person from lowering the institution to his own level.
Albania did not gain a higher system. Albania exchanged a misery for a misery more sophisticated on paper and more banal in behavior. This is why the disappointment is so great. Because when the old system stole from you, at least it did not ask you to admire it. This young man sought glory, took moral power and today he cannot even find the strength to blush.
The KLP must react. Not tomorrow. Now. Not with plastic sentences. With action. With a clear separation. With an institutional stance. Silence in this case is not prudence. Silence is moral complicity. You must all resign!
Because in the end, the problem is no longer one person. The problem is that an entire system is telling us, with the language of its silence, that decline has become the norm./ Pamphlet
Po, fjalët "sistemi i ri premtoi standart, filtër, etikë dhe dinjitet" janë jo vetëm të mëdha, por edhe busulla për përparim. Kemi qindra vjet si popull apo komb dhe vetëm këtu ngecim. Pra ky është halli jonë. Nëse e pranojmë me zemër, ngelet vetëm një problem?! Të krijojmë grupin imunitar!
Nuk jane raste te vecuara keto sjellje brutale me natyre epshore te zyrtareve ne instirucionet shteterore, as dhuna fizike qe ushtrohet ne keto institucione midis vete funksionareve me njeri tjetrin apo me qytetaret hallexhinje qe jane ne doren e ketyre shtazeve te egra, as korrupsioni masiv qe i ka perfshire keto institucione ne te gjitha nivelet ndaj ketyre hallexhinjeve, por as edhe sjelljet e vete drejtueseve te institucioneve te shtetit dhe te politikes ndaj vete punonjesve te tyre qe kane nen vartesi per ti perdorur ato edhe seksualisht duke i dorovitur me pasuri publike apo taksat e qytetareve, apo sjelljet e tyre teper brutale, arrogante, mosperfillese, sorollatjet poshte e perpjet ne menyre qe hallexhiu te mendoj mire dhe te kuptoj saket se c'fare kerkon zyrtari dhe te veproj, por edhe as veprimet kercenuese nese hallexhiu nuk jep nje ryshfet apo edhe kercenime fizike te hallexhinjeve nga njerzit e zyrtareve nese hallexhiu tenton te beje ndonje denoncim apo nga marazi i madh qe i eshte mbledhur nga moszgjidhja e problemit qe e ka sjelle ne keto hale qe ka ngritur politika, se zyra nuk mund te quhen me, se e kane humbur plotesisht funksionin e tyre shteteror. Te gjitha keto fenomene jane bere masive ne zyrat e shtetit nga nivelet me te larta institucionale deri tek bashkite e rretheve. Ne keto zyra te shtetit perballen hallexhinjet per te zgjidhur hallet e tyre, ata qe kerkojn te gjejn nje vend pune per te ushqyer femijet, por edhe ata qe kane etje per te siguruar dhe rritur pasurite e tyre duke falur cdo gje nga trupi i tyre. Kjo eshte fytyra e vertet e shtetit qe ka ndertuar kjo kupole e larte politike-qeverisese (PS-PD) ne keto 36 vite ne kete te ashtuquajtur "demokraci", ku ne njohim vetem fillimin e saj dhe nuk po i shikojme dot fundin, por vetem po i degjojm bemat, skandalet, pasojat qe ajo po sjelle ne forma nga me te ndryshmet cdo dite qe kalon. Keto fenomene po behen cdo dite aq te shpeshta sa kur vete ne zyrat e shtetit per te kerkuar te drejten tende me pushtetarin qe vete e ke votuar te ze tmerri dhe dridhesh si me qene para nje krimineli me arme ne dore dhe nga casti ne cast te pret vdekja, por per te zgjidhur hallin as qe behet fjale fare. Edhe njV here, kjo eshte fytyra e shtetit, e politikes dhe vete qeverise qe per te tille vende pune, ne administrate, i zgjedhin me shume kujdes keta njerez, te jene injorant, imoral, pa edukate dhe arsim, vetem te jesh e bukur dhe me veshje seksi, me vese prej krimineli, drogaxhiu, hajduti, rrugaci, etj., etj., qe nese nuk i ke keto veti veshtire se mund te gjesh nje vend pune ne keto institucione. Meritokracia qendron vetem ne teori, ne letter dhe per propogande. Shiko politiken, shiko qeverine, shiko parlamentin, shiko bashkite neper rrethe, shiko se edhe ne nivelet me te ulta ne zyrat e shtetit apo funksioneve publike, te gjithe kane nje fytyre, ate te politikes dhe qeverise.
Kur kaloj vetingun, te pastertia e figures, domosdoshmerisht antaret e komisionit kane pare nga ato figurat qe u transmetuan ne TV qe u binden per pastertine.
KLP duhet te shkrihet te tiformatohet nga fillimi me njerez dinjitoze dhe profesioniste dhe jo çapaçule si.ky.mut.muti
Doreheqje te gjithe sepse asnjeri nuk reagon. Turp tju thuash, zene e qeshin se nuk ju ben pershtypje, e kane fytyren shuall nuk ngjyroset. I pacim o popull, te na rrojne.
Z.Zefi ke akuzuar shpesh me emer e me mbiemer disa gjyqtare qe jane larguar nga vetingu dhe asnjehere nuk ke bere nje analize sa nga keta qe kane kaluar vetingun kane qene ne trupa gjykuese me ata qe jane larguar dhe sa vendime kane dhene keta qe kane kaluar ne kundershtim me pjesen tjeter tev trupes gjykuese qe I ben te jene me te mire dhe te ndershem me te tjeret? Me keto qe shikojme e degjojme ata qe jane akuzuar duken lule ne krahasim me keta qe jane cilsuar te paster.
Para viteve 90, morali i zyrtarit apo zyrtares perveç arsimit, kultures, aftesise ne perjashtime, ishte kushti themelor per te qene pjese e administrates dhe drejtimit. Morali kishte peshe, ne te kunder demaskoheshe ne shoqeri, fletrufete, hosteni ishin te pa meshirshem. Sot ajo qe dje ishte e moralshme, sot eshte e pamoralshme. Dje hajduti perfundonte ne burg, sot te jesh hajdut te duan te gjithe, te jesh kurve te respektojne e te nderojne, te vendosin ne krye te institucionit, jargaviten te gjithe. Dje kurva dhe hajduti nuk kishin vend ne shoqeri, e jo me te ishe drejtues (me perjashtime), pasi asnje sistem e shoqeri nuk eshte e kulluar. Tashme gjate 36 vjeteve rrumpalle, njerezit me veset e keqia kane vlere per politiken te jesh hajdut e kriminel te japin post, te bejne oligarg, te bejne drejtor, minister, te jesh kurve me shale e fytyre te bukur ben ligjin, te ofrojne poste ministri, drejtor, deputet. Ku po vemi, çfare brezi po krijojme, çfare shoqeri e kombi do ju leme brezave te ardhshem?Jemi vend pa strategji kombetare largpamese, pa interesa te qarta kombetare, pa memorje. Sa keq, sa turp

KLP eshte nje organ ordiner , pa kurfare reputacioni. Shikojeni kusj e drejton, nje e shpelare qe sic i tha prokuror Stojani e ke kthyer KLP ne agjenci udhetimi. Duhet rikompozim , shkrirje KLP, marrjen e kompetencave nga Prokurori i Pergjuthshem, i cili zgjidhet nga Populli. KLGj drejtohet nga Presidenti i Republikes dhe jo nga Llagami injorante jo fuksionale
